Belgium to France - Antwerp

The statue in front of Antwerp City Hall is part of the The Brabo Fountain. The story behind the statue is a legend about a Roman army captain cutting off the hand of a giant and throwing it into the Scheldt River. This was the fate awaiting any sea captains who refused to pay their tolls!
